Prior to Noahs Ark I spent 10 years in retail management. My first experience of Noah’s Ark was when my daughter attended over 12 years ago, and I loved it so much I decided I wanted to get more involved! During the first 5 years I worked as an assistant where I gained my NVQ Early Years qualification, then deputy for 2 years and manager for 4 years under a consistently Outstanding (Ofsted graded) setting and now joint owner! I love the rewards my work brings, working with the children, seeing them develop, learn and grow. I also enjoy managing our wonderful, dedicated team of staff who have collectively been working with us for over 45 years!

Hi, I am Tracey and I live in Harpenden, am married and have a son now at senior school. I qualified as an NNEB nursery nurse in 1995 and have worked in a variety of settings such as day nurseries and children's centres. I have been working for Noah's ark for the last 8 years. Working with children is very rewarding and every day is different! I enjoy seeing the children develop and become more confident.

Hi, my name is Debbie and I having been working at Noah’s Ark since September 2015. I am qualified at Level 3 Diploma Children’s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator). I enjoy working with a fantastic team of people who have a passion for childcare. I enjoy family life, cooking and going for long walks with the family dog.

My name is Christine and I live in Harpenden with three teenage boys, all studying at St George’s I love working with kids and watching them grow and develop their unique personalities. It’s so rewarding to see a shy child blossom and become more confident, ready to take on the world. With a background in graphic design, and a passionate for creative art, I love to help children explore their art skills and creativity. In my spare time I enjoy spending time gardening and painting.

I qualified as a Radiographer, specialising in cancer treatment, in 1997 at The Cookridge Hospital in Leeds, then I worked at The Royal Marsden Hospital in London until I had our 2 children. When the youngest of our daughters left Noah's Ark, I realised how much I would miss the warm, friendly atmosphere and fantastic staff, so I started working here in 2012! I gained my CACHE Level 3 qualification in 2014 and became Deputy Manager in 2015. I am now extremely proud and excited to be co-owner and manager. I find working with children to be hugely rewarding, diverse and challenging. I enjoy helping them to grow in confidence and independence and to learn and develop in a fun and friendly environment. The bonds we form with children and their families are vital at this early stage and last a lifetime. The team, children, families and staff I work with on a daily basis make my job the best in the world.

I have always loved working in childcare , first as a nanny and now at Noah’s Ark. It’s such a rewarding job watching the children develop , learn and grow. It's an honour and a privilege to have a small part in that process.

Hi, my name is Terri. I'm currently studying for my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Before this I worked as a children's activity provider, teaching British Sign Language children and their families. I love spending time outdoors with my husband, our three children and our family dog.

Hi, I’m Grace. I have a great passion for childcare, and being a mum to two wonderful children has deepened my love for supporting and nurturing little ones. I truly enjoy creating a warm, caring environment where children feel safe and encouraged to grow. In my spare time, I love running and going on long walks outdoors—staying active is a big part of my life.
